This page explains how SALHRA handles membership payments, kit shop orders, refunds, exchanges, and shipping questions for the local WordPress store prototype.
Membership payments
Annual and lifetime membership payments support association membership administration and member connection. If a payment was made in error, contact SALHRA as soon as possible so the association can review the request.
Kit shop orders
Physical products, books, and other kit shop items are fulfilled according to available stock, confirmed pricing, and the shipping or pickup method selected for the order.
Order help
For refund, exchange, cancellation, shipping, damaged-item, or missing-order questions, use the contact page and include your name, order details, and the best way to reach you.
Refunds and cancellations
- Refund requests are reviewed by SALHRA based on the type of purchase, payment status, fulfillment status, and association records.
- Membership payments made in error should be reported promptly so the association can confirm the payment and review the request.
- Orders that have already shipped, been picked up, or been specially fulfilled may not be eligible for cancellation.
- Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method whenever possible, or by another association-approved method when needed.
Shipping and pickup
- Shipping costs, pickup options, and delivery timing depend on the item, destination, and final store configuration.
- Physical items are shipped or prepared for pickup after payment is confirmed and inventory is available.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping details at checkout.
- If an item arrives damaged or an order appears incomplete, contact SALHRA with order details and photos where applicable.
Exchanges and availability
Exchanges depend on item condition, available inventory, and association approval. Limited-run, event, historical, or special-order items may have restricted availability once sold or fulfilled.
